David Russo
David is the Owner and Operations Manager and in addition to Client relations, is responsible for the daily operations and site and building construction oversight. David is a senior design and construction professional with over 20 years of construction experience and specializes in the construction and development of fast casual and QSR restaurant concepts, local retail shopping centers and medical office facilities. Some of David's clients include Burger King, BurgerFi, Sur la Table, Perfumania as well many local restaurants and retailers.
Robert Gierke
Robert has been the principal and owner of Retail Development Properties LLC since 2004 and has brought his development and construction experience to RDP Construction Group.
Over the past 20 years Robert has developed dozens of retail stores, including Verizon Wireless, Dunkin, Burger King among others.
Robert is the executive manager and has expertise in site selection, value engineering, planning, purchase
and lease negotiations; tenant improvement build-outs.
